The puzzle is made of three layers of thickened acrylic, featuring a highly transparent and textured design that is durable and aesthetically pleasing. Upload or email (cs@hkgiftforu.com) your photo and customized name.

‧Dimensions: 12 cm x 12cm x 8 cm
‧Material: Acrylic
‧The surface is covered with a film, which can be peeled off before use.
‧Comes with a transparent frame and metal stand of the same material. After simple assembly, it can be used as a photo frame ornament to decorate your desk.
‧Full-color printing on the front, translucent on the back.
‧If the portrait is complete, we will post-process to remove the background and make it transparent.
‧If the photo is not suitable for background removal, please refer to the effect shown in Figure 2.

Hand-drawn illustrations with a distinctive style, offering limited realism and subjective aesthetic appeal. Please inquire and inform us in advance if you have any specific requests. Customized products cannot be exchanged or redrawn.
How long does it take to receive a custom-made product?
Generally, illustrations take about 1-3 business days, design layout 1-2 business days, and revisions 1 business day;
Product production takes about 7-10 business days (excluding holidays).

We apologize, but we do not accept urgent orders. Therefore, please allow extra time for design, production, and shipping buffer.
During peak order periods, such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, and before/after long holidays, it may take longer.
Please allow us ample time, or refer to the order cut-off notices on the website announcements or inquire via PM!
How will my product be shipped?
Hong Kong – We will ship via SF Express freight collect to SF Express service points/smart lockers/commercial addresses/residential addresses;
After SF Express dispatches, you will receive it in approximately 1-3 days (excluding remote areas). For those who need urgent delivery, we recommend submitting an SF Express service point or a commercial address as the recipient address.
Taiwan & Overseas – We will ship via SF Express freight collect. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the weight, size, and region of the ordered products. For details, please refer to the SF Express official website.
What kind of photos are suitable?
A beautiful and clear photo is essential to present a high-quality product! Therefore, photo selection is the most crucial step! Here are a few tips for choosing photos:
1. Please use original files taken with a mobile phone or camera. Avoid using photos downloaded from Facebook/received via messaging apps like Whatsapp/Line/or edited with photo editing apps! These are compressed, and the resolution will be insufficient.
2. Please choose photos with bright lighting that are clear and where the head is not cropped.
3. You can upload images and add remarks for custom content on the shopping cart page. For photos with more than four people, please email the photos to:
Payment methods for Hong Kong and overseas
Friends in Hong Kong can use offline payment methods such as bank transfer, Payme, FPS, Alipay, and other methods;
Online payment: Paypal
If you wish to pay by credit card or VISA credit card, you can choose online payment.
Please note that if you pay by PayPal using a credit card, non-Hong Kong banks may consider this an overseas transaction and charge an overseas transaction fee. If you wish to confirm whether a fee will be charged before purchasing, the safest way is to contact your issuing bank directly.
If you find that you have been charged an overseas transaction fee after checkout, as this amount is collected by your issuing bank, we cannot refund it. However, if this is your first time encountering this situation, we recommend contacting PayPal customer service directly.
Will there be a color difference between the finished product and the photo?
Because CMYK used for printing and RGB seen on computer screens are not the same color codes, coupled with the impact of heat transfer printing on different materials, and the materials themselves, there will be varying color saturations. Therefore, there will be slight color differences and saturation variations between the photo color and the actual print. Additionally, the colors seen on each computer will also vary, so perfectionists should consider this point before placing an order!
After reviewing the edited photo, can I change it if it's not suitable?
Before presenting the design preview, the designer will first review whether the photo is suitable for use. If the effect of a photo is not ideal, we will also provide our feedback, but ultimately, the decision of which photo to use is yours!
Regarding design revisions, apart from revisions due to designer issues, customers' customization requests should ideally be communicated in advance. We can provide up to two minor revision services.
For illustrations, two minor revisions are provided. Please understand and appreciate the illustrator's efforts; we are unable to provide alternative styles or redraws.
Under what circumstances can products be returned?
As these are custom-made products, we regret that we cannot offer return or refund services.
Also, as printing clarity depends on the pixel quality of the photos provided by the customer, if the customer is not satisfied with the finished product, we are unable to provide refunds or returns.
However, if the product has defects (e.g., sewing defects / stains / large-area printing defects), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement based on the situation.
Can any photo or image be used for production?
Basically, most photos can be used! However, copyrighted images (e.g., celebrities, copyrighted cartoon characters, etc.) cannot be used due to copyright issues.

1. Ordering via the Official Website:
- As there are many customizable product categories, after finding the product you wish to customize, please read the relevant information and ordering instructions on the product page.
- After selecting the specifications, such as size, single/double-sided, color, etc., the price and quantity pricing will be calculated automatically.
- Then, in the shopping cart page, note down the customization details (e.g., name, date). Please inform us of all requirements in advance and upload the required photos in actual size.
- Please leave a contactable email address! Or contact us via social media, and we will send the preview image via Direct Message.
- If you need to upload more than 4 photos, you can send them all at once via email. Please include the customer's name or order number in the email subject.
- Once we have received all information, we will send the design preview image to you via email within two to three working days.
2. Offline Ordering:
- You can choose your preferred design on the website, then send a screenshot or link of the product page to us on Facebook / Instagram. We will send you an additional simple form to fill out, or you can proactively provide your desired customization details.
- Please send photos to us uncompressed via email, noting the customer's name or order number in the email subject.
- For illustrations, photos can be sent via the Message box.
- Once we have received proof of payment and all information, we will send you the design preview image via social media inbox/Email within two to three working days. Please reply to confirm!
3. Choosing offline payment methods such as bank transfer or Payme:
- After successful order placement, you will receive an SMS/Email confirmation with a link to third-party payment methods.
- We offer various payment methods: ATM transfer, Payme, FPS (Faster Payment System), and Alipay (HK).
- After completing payment, please email us the deposit slip, and we will update the payment status in the backend as soon as possible.
4. Emailing the preview image and awaiting your confirmation
- After receiving payment, we will reply by email and begin the design process.
- Design typically takes about two to three working days, and a preview image will be sent to you via email or social media inbox for your confirmation.
- If adjustments are still needed, please reply with clear instructions for the adjustments, and we will email you a revised mock-up (you can make two free adjustments). If you have any special requests, please inform us when placing your order.
- After design confirmation, production will begin. Production typically takes about ten to fifteen working days. If you have a specific desired delivery date, please contact the designer in advance!
5. Manufacturing Date
- As unique custom products require time for design, illustration, production, packaging, and logistics, it generally takes ten to fifteen working days. Please wait patiently.
6. Logistics and Shipping
- Shipping from Hong Kong to Hong Kong generally takes two to three working days.
- For friends in Taiwan, it takes about four to seven working days. The Taiwan Customs has implemented real-name authentication since January 16, 2020. Recipients need to download the designated app "EZ Way" and provide their ID number for us to ship. After filling in basic information and completing real-name authentication within the app, they can successfully receive the goods.
- The real-name verification process only needs to be registered once. After verification is complete, customers will not need to re-verify for future overseas purchases.
- After dispatch, we will also send an SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status.
