Ordering Process How to order

1. Ordering via the Official Website:

  • As there are many customizable product categories, after finding the product you wish to customize, please read the relevant information and ordering instructions on the product page.
  • After selecting the specifications, such as size, single/double-sided, color, etc., the price and quantity pricing will be calculated automatically.
  • Then, in the shopping cart page, note down the customization details (e.g., name, date). Please inform us of all requirements in advance and upload the required photos in actual size.
  • Please leave a contactable email address! Or contact us via social media, and we will send the preview image via Direct Message.
  • If you need to upload more than 4 photos, you can send them all at once via email. Please include the customer's name or order number in the email subject.
  • Once we have received all information, we will send the design preview image to you via email within two to three working days.

2. Offline Ordering:

  • You can choose your preferred design on the website, then send a screenshot or link of the product page to us on Facebook / Instagram. We will send you an additional simple form to fill out, or you can proactively provide your desired customization details.
  • Please send photos to us uncompressed via email, noting the customer's name or order number in the email subject.
  • For illustrations, photos can be sent via the Message box.
  • Once we have received proof of payment and all information, we will send you the design preview image via social media inbox/Email within two to three working days. Please reply to confirm!

3. Choosing offline payment methods such as bank transfer or Payme:

  • After successful order placement, you will receive an SMS/Email confirmation with a link to third-party payment methods.
  • We offer various payment methods: ATM transfer, Payme, FPS (Faster Payment System), and Alipay (HK).
  • After completing payment, please email us the deposit slip, and we will update the payment status in the backend as soon as possible.

4. Emailing the preview image and awaiting your confirmation

  • After receiving payment, we will reply by email and begin the design process.
  • Design typically takes about two to three working days, and a preview image will be sent to you via email or social media inbox for your confirmation.
  • If adjustments are still needed, please reply with clear instructions for the adjustments, and we will email you a revised mock-up (you can make two free adjustments). If you have any special requests, please inform us when placing your order.
  • After design confirmation, production will begin. Production typically takes about ten to fifteen working days. If you have a specific desired delivery date, please contact the designer in advance!

5. Manufacturing Date

  • As unique custom products require time for design, illustration, production, packaging, and logistics, it generally takes ten to fifteen working days. Please wait patiently.

6. Logistics and Shipping

  • Shipping from Hong Kong to Hong Kong generally takes two to three working days.
  • For friends in Taiwan, it takes about four to seven working days. The Taiwan Customs has implemented real-name authentication since January 16, 2020. Recipients need to download the designated app "EZ Way" and provide their ID number for us to ship. After filling in basic information and completing real-name authentication within the app, they can successfully receive the goods.
  • The real-name verification process only needs to be registered once. After verification is complete, customers will not need to re-verify for future overseas purchases.
  • After dispatch, we will also send an SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status.
