How long does it take to receive a custom-made product?
Generally, illustrations take about 1-3 business days, design layout 1-2 business days, and revisions 1 business day;
Product production takes about 7-10 business days (excluding holidays).
Due to the time required for customized product production,
We apologize, but we do not accept urgent orders. Therefore, please allow extra time for design, production, and shipping buffer.
During peak order periods, such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, and before/after long holidays, it may take longer.
Please allow us ample time, or refer to the order cut-off notices on the website announcements or inquire via PM!
How will my product be shipped?
Hong Kong – We will ship via SF Express freight collect to SF Express service points/smart lockers/commercial addresses/residential addresses;
After SF Express dispatches, you will receive it in approximately 1-3 days (excluding remote areas). For those who need urgent delivery, we recommend submitting an SF Express service point or a commercial address as the recipient address.
Taiwan & Overseas – We will ship via SF Express freight collect. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the weight, size, and region of the ordered products. For details, please refer to the SF Express official website.
What kind of photos are suitable?
A beautiful and clear photo is essential to present a high-quality product! Therefore, photo selection is the most crucial step! Here are a few tips for choosing photos:
1. Please use original files taken with a mobile phone or camera. Avoid using photos downloaded from Facebook/received via messaging apps like Whatsapp/Line/or edited with photo editing apps! These are compressed, and the resolution will be insufficient.
2. Please choose photos with bright lighting that are clear and where the head is not cropped.
3. You can upload images and add remarks for custom content on the shopping cart page. For photos with more than four people, please email the photos to:
Payment methods for Hong Kong and overseas
Friends in Hong Kong can use offline payment methods such as bank transfer, Payme, FPS, Alipay, and other methods;
Online payment: Paypal
If you wish to pay by credit card or VISA credit card, you can choose online payment.
Please note that if you pay by PayPal using a credit card, non-Hong Kong banks may consider this an overseas transaction and charge an overseas transaction fee. If you wish to confirm whether a fee will be charged before purchasing, the safest way is to contact your issuing bank directly.
If you find that you have been charged an overseas transaction fee after checkout, as this amount is collected by your issuing bank, we cannot refund it. However, if this is your first time encountering this situation, we recommend contacting PayPal customer service directly.
Will there be a color difference between the finished product and the photo?
Because CMYK used for printing and RGB seen on computer screens are not the same color codes, coupled with the impact of heat transfer printing on different materials, and the materials themselves, there will be varying color saturations. Therefore, there will be slight color differences and saturation variations between the photo color and the actual print. Additionally, the colors seen on each computer will also vary, so perfectionists should consider this point before placing an order!
After reviewing the edited photo, can I change it if it's not suitable?
Before presenting the design preview, the designer will first review whether the photo is suitable for use. If the effect of a photo is not ideal, we will also provide our feedback, but ultimately, the decision of which photo to use is yours!
Regarding design revisions, apart from revisions due to designer issues, customers' customization requests should ideally be communicated in advance. We can provide up to two minor revision services.
For illustrations, two minor revisions are provided. Please understand and appreciate the illustrator's efforts; we are unable to provide alternative styles or redraws.
Under what circumstances can products be returned?
As these are custom-made products, we regret that we cannot offer return or refund services.
Also, as printing clarity depends on the pixel quality of the photos provided by the customer, if the customer is not satisfied with the finished product, we are unable to provide refunds or returns.
However, if the product has defects (e.g., sewing defects / stains / large-area printing defects), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement based on the situation.
Can any photo or image be used for production?
Basically, most photos can be used! However, copyrighted images (e.g., celebrities, copyrighted cartoon characters, etc.) cannot be used due to copyright issues.
