所需時間 Product Time

▨ 1-3個工作天發放插畫預覽 (可免費小修改畫像兩次）
▨ 1-3個工作天內再發放預覽圖確認
▨ 確認後製作期約為7至13個工作天
▨ 香港物流大約1-2個工作天; 台灣約需3-5個工作天，其他國際地區亦歡迎查詢，統一均以順豐發貨
▨ 以上時間僅供參考。如有確切的收件日期需求，請聯絡我們以確認是否能趕上。
▨ 獨一無二的客製產品由設計、插畫、製作、包裝到物流均需時間，普遍需要十至十五個工作天，請耐心等侯。

Required Production Time

▨ Illustrations will be delivered within 1-3 business days (two minor modifications to the illustration are free)
▨ Layout / Mock up Preview images will be sent for confirmation within 1-3 business days
▨ The production period after confirmation is approximately 7 to 13 business days
▨ Logistics in Hong Kong takes about 1-2 business days; Taiwan takes about 3-5 business days. Other international areas are also welcome to inquire, and all will be shipped via SF Express
▨ The above production dates are for reference only. If there is a specific date you need to receive the item, please contact us to see if we can meet it
▨ Unique customized products require time for design, illustration, production, packaging, and logistics, generally taking ten to fifteen business days. Please be patient.

  • 全球寄運由順豐速運寄出
  • 由香港寄出
  • 家居地址不需額外附加費，雖物流時間較長，但讓你安心在家收件
  • 運費或任何稅款由購買者負責

Logistics 

  • Worldwide shipping is done via SF Express
  • Sent from Hong Kong
  • No additional surcharge for the home address. Although the logistics time is longer (around 2 days), it allows you to receive your package safely at home
  • The receiver is responsible for the delivery cost or any tax

包裝 Packaging

定製禮物均有禮盒/手挽袋包裝，讓你收到後就能馬上送出

  • 顏色隨機而發，包裝或會因存貨而有所不同，敬請留意
  • 因體積重關係，非香港地區（台灣跟國際物流）均以透明禮袋包裝；但亦可加購禮盒包裝（物流費用需另外報價）
  • 禮盒：毛毯、掛布
  • 透明禮袋包裝：抱枕、其他產品、及其他現貨產品

Packaging

Customized gifts are packaged in gift boxes/tote bags so that you can give them immediately upon receipt

  • Colors are randomly distributed, and packaging may vary due to stock availability, please be aware
  • Due to size and weight considerations, non-Hong Kong areas (Taiwan and international logistics) will be packaged in transparent gift bags; however, gift box packaging can be purchased additionally (logistics costs will be quoted separately)
  • Gift box: blankets, wall hangings tapestry
  • Transparent gift bag packaging: cushions and other in-stock products
